Volunteers

There are many opportunities to help change someone’s life by volunteering at the Racine Family. Founded by volunteers, the Racine Family YMCA continues to be led by volunteers. 

Hundreds of committed volunteers assist each year as board members, serving on committees, helping with special events, working with children as sports coaches, assisting teens to become good citizens, timing at swim meets, scoring at gymnastic competitions, being scarey at the Haunted Y and so much more. 

In 2011 (through November), 6224 volunteer hours have been donated!
