Hi Everyone!

 

Just a reminder that we had to move our location for Banner, Kickball and softball. We are now at Island Park and Lincoln Park (both located off Spring Street – near the United Way building).

 

Banner is Friday night starting at 5:30pm

 

Kickball starts Friday night at 5:30 (warm up) and first games start at 6pm. KICKBALL will finish on Saturday starting at 5pm on the two Island Park fields.

 

Softball Rec starts Saturday morning at 9am on both Island Park fields and the Lincoln Park field (warm ups start at 8:30am). Softball Rec will be finished by Saturday at 3:30pm.

 

Softball Comp will be held on the Lincoln Park field starting at 5pm Saturday night.

 

All will be finished by the end of the evening Saturday (keeping Sunday open as a “rain day” if needed L!

Because we are not allowed “amplification of sound” at Island Park we are going to be doing our “opening ceremony” just a little differently this year. All will be held on Friday night at the start of Kickball where we will award the permanent trophies to 2009’s Corporate Cup Division I, Division 2 and Spirit Award recipients. We will also announce to the crowd that they may place their vote for Banner they would like to see win the “People’s Choice” award. Banner winners will be announced at the end of the evening.

 

Please pass these changes along to all of your fellow team mates. Also remind them that because we are now at Island Park and Lincoln Park they are welcome to bring along their coolers as no concessions are sold at these two parks.
