Coaching
The YMCA offers all levels of one-on-one attention to help each member find their path to wellness. From our free 12-Week personal fitness program to personal training, you can find the support you need to help you reach your goals. Learn more about the coaching available to you.

12-Week Personal Fitness Program
Offering guidance and support on the road to better health, the 12-Week Personal Fitness program is a program free to members and designed for people of all ages and abilities to stay committed to fitness. The program offers one-on-one or group coaching sessions and incorporates realistic goals through varied activities. Our coaches teach, provide support and help participants reach their goals.

Personal Training
When you're ready for a bigger challenge, or when you need some additional motivation, a YMCA personal trainer can be just what you need to get you on track to better fitness. Our trainers will take the time to get to know you - your style, your history, your obstacles, your goals - and create the routine (and state of mind) that will help you succeed.

Family Exercise
Good health in children starts with good role modeling by their parents. When you teach your children that physical exercise is fun and make it a regular part of your routine, your kids have a much better chance at staying fit and healthy well into adulthood. Group Exercise
There's nothing like great music, a great instructor and an even greater group of people to get you motivated and make exercising fun! The YMCA offers a wide variety of classes from beginning to advanced, old-school to new age, soothing to energizing. Our staff would be happy to help you select a program that meets your needs, your schedule and your mood. Even better, group exercise programs are available for free or for a reduced cost for all YMCA members!

Tae Kwon Do, Dance, and Other Specialty Programs
When your mind is engaged in learning new skills, it's easy to lose track of all the physical benefits you're gaining as well. Specialty programs such as Yoga, Pilates, Salsa, Belly Dancing and more are a great way to unwind while you tone and stretch your body.

No Joining Fee...
Joining the Y will make you feel great. And, if your company has taken advantage of the YMCA Employee Corporate Wellness Program, you can feel even better. If your company is involved in the program, we'll waive the entire joining fee twice a year during a special spotlight promotion - a savings of $99!
