Description:

These Pilates classes are performed on a mat. All exercises are zero impact and easy on the joints.
Pilates strengthens the core muscles and gently increases flexibility. Instructors can help participants
modify exercises to accommodate nearly everyone. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
