Description:
Enjoy an intense cardiorespiratory workout in our indoor cycling class. Every workout is designed to challenge all fitness levels. Participants can adjust the tension on the bikes to modify the intensity of their ride while following the instructors’ cues. Brand new participants need to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their first class for assistance in bike set up.
