12 Week Personal Fitness Program

Our unique and flexible YPersonal Fitness Program is an individualized 12-week program designed specifically to help the new or returning exerciser become motivated to develop a regular fitness routine.  Participants will meet four times for one-on-one appointments with a trained YPersonal Fitness coach.   Each coach will start their participants on a step-by-step individual program that includes cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility training.  All of this will be at your own pace and is included FREE with your YMCA membership.
