The RACINE FAMILY YMCA is a leading non-profit human service organization, serving all of Racine County. For more than 136 years, the RACINE FAMILY YMCA has provided safe and caring environments, positive role models, creative activities and opportunities to serve the needs of others. These are the essential building blocks for strong kids, strong families and strong communities.
The RACINE FAMILY YMCA is committed to developing strong character in individuals through activities that promote its four core values: caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
To love others, to be sensitive to the well-being of others, to help others.
To tell the truth, to act in such a way that you are worthy of trust, to have integrity; making sure your choices match your values.
To treat others as you would have them treat you; to value the worth of every person, including yourself.
To do what is right, what you ought to do; to be accountable for your behavior and obligations.
The mission of the RACINE FAMILY YMCA is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
